Feedback Process

Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way Hope Aero provides goods and services to people with disabilities can communicate in written form via email, hardcopy documents, verbally via the telephone or in person.

All feedback will be directed to the Customer Service Representative’s Supervisor. Customers can expect to hear back in seven days. Complaints will be addressed and escalated according to our organization's regular complaint management procedures.
